KICKBOXING with Steve

 

A Max favorite, Steve's kickboxing is a high-intensity fat burning class that includes a variety of punches and kicks with plyometrics and lower body exercises to firm the glutes. 

While the class is one of the toughest classes the Max offers, you can always modify the intensity by modifying exercises to fit your needs. One thing for sure, you will burn a ton of calories, hear a lot of silly jokes and make some great friends.

Kickboxing is offered at 5:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays.
