BCx Boot Camp
Includes weekly inbody compositions for progress tracking, diet education, nutritional counseling and training 3 times a week.
FITNESS LEVEL: All Fitness Levels. Women ages 16 and up.
TRAINING STYLE/TECHNIQUE: H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) & Circuit Training.
SIMILAR TO: Personal training and cross training (no olympic weight lifting)
TOOLS USED: Weights, Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Medicine Balls, Bands, Battle Ropes, Fit Balls and Bosu Balls.
CURRENT SCHEDULE: 5:15am, 6:00am 6:45am, 4:45pm, 6:30pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

BCx stands for Boot Camp Xtreme because it's a fitness camp that delivers extreme results. The "boot camp" terminology is not based on a style of training but the pace in which the program works. The same way you may sign up for a computer boot camp to learn as much as you can in as little time as possible, our BCx programs are accelerated educational fitness programs to teach you how to reach your goal. All BCx programs are 4, 6 & 8 week programs designed to give you the results you want in a short amount of time.
