Introducing BCx FLEX training. FLEX classes are designed to give you topnotch training that are affordable and FLEXible. FLEX classes include 3 main categories; Strength, Conditioning and Mobility (flexibility). Each 30-minute classes is taught back to back so you can drop in for one class or challenge yourself to stay for all 90 minutes to MAXimize your fitness and your time.
BCx Power is a fun high-energy class that will safely push you out of your comfort zone. It is focused on toning and tightening lean muscle. BCx Power uses resistance tools, bodyweight, and accountability to allow you to push your physique to the next level. Get stronger, fitter and healthier with HIIT style resistance training
BCX Shred (conditioning) will definitely give you everything you need to successfully burn the maximum amount of calories in a minimal amount of time to melt fat off your body. Time will fly as you work, and laugh, your way to a leaner and healthier physique. If you are looking to shed some weight (or burn off yesterday's cheat meal), this class is for you.
BCx Mobility (stretching) is a unique class programed to create balance and tone. Here we will slow the roll and work on elongating your body. BCx Mobility will address deficiencies and tight or weak muscle that may cause postural stress or chronic pain. This is a perfect class to drop into just to relieve stress or stay flexible as the intensity of your training increases.
